Peter is an international investment banker who has advised corporates, private equity, governments and charities across a range of complex transactions. His early career was with Kleinwort Benson and HSBC Investment Bank and he later became Head of European M&A at Bank of America. Peter has advised on IPOs and other public and private financings, privatisations, and a variety of buy and sell side mandates.
Peter has operational experience as Executive Vice Chairman of Criteria Media Exchange. He is currently a Trustee of the the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Chairman of its Finance & Audit Committee.

Matthew has 25 years of corporate finance experience. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, Matthew worked at Morgan Grenfell, then Deutsche Bank, leading deals in a wide variety of areas including structured finance, IPOs and M&A. With 2 partners he then purchased Culpeper, a nationwide retail business, and served as its CFO, before returning to the corporate finance industry, where he has developed a growing practice in fund raising for private equity and other alternatives asset managers.

Simon has worked in leveraged financing for more than 25 years. He was a Director of Samuel Montagu merchant bank and Head of UK and European Mezzanine Finance at HSBC Investment Bank. Over 17 years at SEB (the leading Nordic corporate bank), he helped establish and lead its Acquisition Finance business and sits on the bank’s Structured Finance Credit Committee. He has deep experience of arranging and investing in all layers of debt and equity-linked investments.
He also has significant debt restructuring experience, including helping lead the $9.0bn News Corp restructure in 1990. Simon is a trustee of several charities, Treasurer of The Funding Network (global crowdfunding for small and start-up charities) and works as a volunteer counsellor at Cruse Bereavement Care in Greenwich.
