Cameron Barney advises Cloudview on £1.2 Million Equity Issue

Cameron Barney is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to Cloudview Holdings Ltd in raising £1.2 million in a combination of convertible bonds and equity.
Cloudview is the UK’s foremost provider of cloud-based, secure visual data management solutions. Taking technology developed by the founders in the period from 2010-2014, the Company has raised funds in 2015 and again in September 2016 to commercialise its “Internet of Things” solution that cloud-enables large volumes of visual data, including that from CCTV cameras.
“We are pleased to have advised Cloudview on this transaction as well as its initial fund-raise in 2015. As a merchant bank, we are also pleased to be investing in this round ourselves as this is precisely the type of economic relationship and alignment of interests that we like to have with our clients.”
Early adopters of Cloudview within the Housing Association and Care Home markets are universally positive about the benefits and efficiency savings they are achieving and, where applicable, are planning to roll the Cloudview system out across their entire estates.
This current round of funding will enable Cloudview to scale-up its activities in its initial two markets and begin to develop others.
