Cameron Barney LLP (‘Cameron Barney’) and Herbst Hilgenfeldt GmbH (“HHP”) are pleased to announce that they have joined forces to serve clients in the European growth infrastructure and telecoms sectors.
The two firms, which will operate under the name “CBHH – Cameron Barney Herbst Hilgenfeldt” – will be one of Europe’s largest independent investment banking and advisory brands serving clients in the digital and energy transition sectors as well as in the wider technology markets.
CBHH, which will operate from its offices in London and Frankfurt, offers clients:

An unrivalled track record of M&A and financing transactions on behalf of most of the leading growth infrastructure investors in Europe, with over 30 successful mandates in the last 24 months alone across the UK, DACH and Benelux regions;
