Cameron Barney advises Manufacture 2030 on its £5m investment from Maven Capital Partners and Amati Global Investors
March 2023
Cameron Barney LLP is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Manufacture 2030 in securing £5m of funding from Maven Capital Partners and Amati Global Investors, invested through the Maven VCTs and the Amati AIM VCT.
The funds will be used to capitalise on opportunities in key global markets, including the pharmaceutical, retail, automotive and consumer packaged goods, while expanding into carefully selected new sectors. The investment will also be used to accelerate product development, adding new functionality to its innovative, proprietary software platform, and scaling its go-to-market capacity across North America and continental Europe.
The M2030 platform is already the market leader in the fast growing carbon reduction sector. Its scalable SaaS platform helps companies of all sizes measure, manage and, above all, reduce their environmental impact.
The platform captures data from across supply chains and presents workflow solutions to enable clients to systematically reduce carbon emissions, save energy and reduce consumption of other resources. M2030’s technology and processes enhance customers’ operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enable them to procure more sustainably, thus driving down costs.
The Company has been growing at more than 100% per annum for the last few years and counts among its customers many of the world’s leading automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer product brands and retailers, including Asda, Bayer, Ford, GSK, Reckitt, and Toyota.
